This policy explains what information CodexLabs receives when you use codexlabs.uz, why it is needed and how to contact us about privacy.

2. Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, phone, email or Telegram and a description of your enquiry. The brief can also include your company, project, audience, features, timeline, budget and materials. Do not include passwords, access keys or confidential information about other people.

3. How the brief works

The preview is assembled in your open tab without sending answers to the team. Downloading a PDF sends your answers to the server to create the document. Sending to the company is a separate action: a PDF with your answers and contact details is delivered to CodexLabs through Telegram. Form answers are not saved for recovery after closing or reloading the tab.

4. How information is used

We use enquiry and brief information to reply, clarify your needs, estimate the project and discuss working together. We do not sell this information or provide it to third parties for their marketing campaigns. Technical services support the website and enquiry delivery, including Telegram when delivery is configured.

5. Protecting information

We take technical and organisational measures to protect submitted information against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Share only what is needed to discuss your project. Questions about storage or deletion of a submitted brief can be sent to the address below.

6. Analytics & advertising

The website includes Google Ads; Google Analytics is used when configured. These services may receive the visited page URL, IP address and information about website interactions, and may use cookies. Google’s policy explains how these services process data.

7. Cookies, language & theme

The page address determines its language. Your colour theme is remembered locally in your browser. You can restrict or delete advertising and analytics cookies through browser settings. Restricting cookies does not prevent reading pages or completing the brief.

8. Access, correction & deletion

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you submitted. Include the contact details used for your enquiry so we can locate it.
