A button-based bot works for sequential steps. A Mini App provides a web interface for filters, product cards and complex forms. AI is optional: useful for open questions about company materials, but unnecessary for many fixed workflows.
What is included
- Conversation map with navigation, errors and a route to a human.
- Agreed enquiry, booking or catalogue journeys and status notifications.
- CRM or staff portal integration where an API is available, with duplicate and failure handling.
- Administrator instructions and agreed code and infrastructure handover.
How we work
- Define the main journey and who handles requests after the bot.
- Agree messages, languages, buttons, fields and operator handoff.
- Build and check retries, cancellation and external system failures.
- Launch in customer-owned accounts and hand over instructions; agree maintenance separately.
How we estimate cost
Cost depends on journeys, administration, payments, integrations and whether a Mini App is needed. A lead form differs from a store with inventory. Hosting, paid APIs, AI usage and maintenance are separate scope items.
What to bring to the conversation
Share the service description or catalogue, anonymised conversation examples, required languages and destination for requests. Bot tokens should be transferred securely during setup, not through the public brief.
