The product challenge
During a workout, attention should stay on the exercise. The app needs to show the plan, make set logging straightforward and provide context for the next session. The website needs to explain that value before installation.
What we built
- Connected warm-ups, training and progress in a sequential user journey.
- Built the interface around weight, reps, rest between sets and past results.
- Presented exercises through 3D demonstrations and concise technique cues.
- Created a landing page with product screens, training schedule choices and answers to pre-launch questions.
Product decisions
One step at a time
Warm-ups, working sets and history each have a clear place. Weight and reps are logged beside the exercise, with previous results available for reference instead of a separate spreadsheet.
A programme around available equipment
The product offers full-body and split formats, training frequency and equipment choices. An interactive sample week on the website introduces this logic before installation.
A distinctive website with concrete content
Contrast, large type and movement demonstrations establish a sporting identity. Each section connects to an app function: preparation, training, progress or planning the week.
The result
The FORMA landing page is live with app journeys, interface previews and movement demonstrations. The mobile product is preparing for App Store and Google Play release; download links will follow publication. Workout history is stored on the device, with data export available.
Planning a similar product
A fitness app needs easy logging during a session and an understandable next step. Its landing page should demonstrate the product rather than promise physical outcomes on the user’s behalf.
